If in your contact with Evidi you have experienced censurable conditions, we want to hear about this in order to rectify the situation in question and continuously develop Evidi further.
If you have knowledge or suspicions of circumstances that violate our ethical and moral standards, you can safely and anonymously notify us in the form below.

When you fill out the form below, you send us a notification that is quickly processed by Evidi's whistleblowing team. You can choose whether to report anonymously, but we encourage you to provide contact information so that we can subsequently contact you and follow up on the report.
We encourage you to be as accurate in your descriptions as possible.
Evidi will handle all reports in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and contradiction.
If you choose to remain anonymous, no identifiable information will be stored with us.
