Evidi acquires Danish Dynamics 365 specialist Valcore

Evidi continues its ambitious growth journey and announces the acquisition of Danish Valcore, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist, with a great portfolio of existing customers and leading competencies. Evidi first established in Denmark with a team combining over 20 years of expertise, in Microsoft Business Central ERP. In May 2023, the company included Microsoft Finance & Supply Chain to their portfolio through an investment in Cloud Agility. They now expand further with Microsoft CRM and Power Platform competence through the partnership with Danish Valcore.

In 2020 Valcore established a targeted growth strategy. We've dedicated substantial effort to this over the last three years and are currently achieving a major milestone in our strategy through the establishment of a partnership with Evidi, says Thomas la Cour Søndergaard, partner in Valcore. Our role moving forward will be to build the CRM business around the values that have formed the fundamental foundation in Valcore for the last 12 years. At the same time, we get the opportunity to offer more Dynamics 365 services, more resources, better service, higher quality, all while maintaining our close and present relationship with our customers.
